Dr. Sanjeev Suresh Waidande, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Narayana Hrudayalaya. He expresses his happiness at the success of a major surgery taking place in the Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals. Working in Narayana Hrudayalaya hospital from its start, he feels that the arterial surgery’s success was a rare phenomenon as it was conducted simultaneously on a mother and her daughter. Practicing as a cardiac surgeon from the past years, he mentions that every day is a challenge because every new patient throws a different challenge. The hospital is conducting a free ‘Congenital cardiac Surgery Evaluation program’ in the month of February, wherein children will be checked for heart diseases, with the hospital bearing all expenses.
