Covidien India Engineering Center (CIEC), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Covidien India Engineering Center (CIEC) was grandly launched & inaugurated by eminent personalities by lighting the inaugural lamp. Covidien, a leading global provider of healthcare products, today announced the opening of its first R&D centre in India. This is a 40,000 square foot facility located in DLF Cyber city Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Hyderabad. The CIEC provides a range of engineering services for the company’s medical products business and eventually could employ up to 350 staff members.
