Dr. Anand Agarwal, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Narayana Hrudayalaya -MallaReddy Hospital. I did my medicine in 1993 and then went to UK completed FRCS General Surgery came back to India in 1999 and did my Master's in Cardiac Surgery at Nizams (2003). I worked with Escorts Heart Hospital for one year and then left for UK and was there for 5 yrs and worked at the Kings College Hospital (9 months). Got a training rotation at Oxford Deanery and completed my higher specialist training there. Completed FRCS Cardiothoracic Surgery which is the highest qualification in Cardiac surgery in the world. My interest is adult cardiac surgery mostly beating heart cardiac surgery and adult valvular surgery. We perform the maximum numbers of cardiac surgeries in the world.
