The Vicat Group manufactures Cement, Ready-Mixed Concrete, Concrete Product (Precast) and Aggregates. The Bharathi Cement plant has the most advanced Vertical Roller Mill. This mill has a capacity of producing 360 tons per hour and is equipped with a 6,700 KW gear box. This is called German Technology. A typical QCX/RoboLab configuration consists of a standard industrial robot placed in the centre of a circular arrangement of sample preparation and analytical equipment. Samples normally arrive automatically from the connected automatic sample transport system, but may also be entered via operator sample conveyors or special input/output magazines.
