Rangappa, Deputy Director, Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts. Bills are being presented by all the officers in the department. The department scrutinises the bills and then sends them to the bank. Also passed on the necessary instructions for passing of the government schemes like pension, scholarships, service pensions, gratuity, etc. The directorate has 14 treasury offices and each handles a different department- deposits payables etc. We also verify the pre audit and the post audit bills and send it to the AG office.
