I take this privilege & honour to welcome Dr.Y.R.K Reddy for a guest lecture on ‘Stake Holders Engagement-Challenges & Strategies’. Stake Holders Engagement is a process by which organisation involves people. This differentiates stakeholder engagement from communications processes that seek to issue a message or influence groups to agree with a decision that is already made. Decisions can be opposed or supported in an organisation. Stake Holders have the chance to influence the decision making process. This further aligns business practices with societal needs & expectations. This helps to drive in the long term sustainability. Stake Holders Engagement influences the corporate governance.
